A comprehensive self-assessment that focuses on 5 Whole Person factors. Occupational, Mental, Relational, Spiritual, and Physical. It is important that all elements of the human experience are taken into consideration to build a coaching plan that will enhance core personal operating systems.

Coaching
1:1 coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) that focus on specific skill development to hone in on leadership skills proved to build a diverse, inclusive environment for all team members.
